Edmund Lee (he/him), Reentry Coordinator
Edmund joined CROP in January 2026 as the organization’s new Reentry Coordinator. Ever since his first job in social services, where he provided resource navigation services for the reentry population, he has continued to work in the nonprofit sector because he enjoys drawing upon his skills, knowledge, and experience to help others.
Edmund brings extensive experience with workforce development, case management, resource navigation, skills building, and advocacy. He works diligently to support the people he works with, wherever they may be in their career and life paths. He has also done public speaking, facilitated workshops, and provided support for classes. Edmund possesses a varied skillset that allows him to fill various roles when the need arises.
While he was incarcerated, he worked alongside staff to help fellow inmates in the Education Department as a GED tutor/instructor. There, he helped 23 individuals earn their GED before they were released to their respective communities. That was where he found his calling - to help others develop their potential to be their best selves.
Edmund has earned multiple Associates Degrees from Coastline Community College in General Business (with honors), Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Arts & Humanities. He also holds a BA in Journalism with a Photojournalism emphasis, and an Associates in Science in Photography as well as Telecommunications.
